Pros and cons of Culinary Calculator Pro for smartphone app for iPhone and iPad

Culinary Calculator Pro for smartphone app good for

This app is too cool! I just love it! It is so easy and fast to work. I am a pastry chef and now with the new version I can add any ingredient I need, and since I work mostly in grams, but must convert to cups and ounces to write my recipes for the United States the app saves me hours of meticulous calculations.
I cant believe how much simpler baking is with this app, adding my own substitutions and conversions, makes my baking time faster. I no longer have to mathematically figure equations.
This app enabled me to make substitutions on the fly and enter them in the database for future use!

Some bad moments

This App is very confusing, NOT quick. Only want to increase an item? First u have to find it in a list of items... Frustrating. Finally I just downloaded another app for $.99. Dont waste your money unless you have time to figure apps out instead of cooking!
this app does not do what it advertises. do not waste your$$. free would be too much
This is a great concept and idea but still needs a little work for it to be a truly usefull calculator. I am a certfied pastry chef whom often needs to convert recipes into professional formulas. If a recipe calls for 1 3/8 cups of water I want to be able to punch that number in the volume calculator and get 11 ounces. The answer is only posible if you know that 3/8 is equal to 0.375. so you have to spend time converting to decimals. The list of ingredients is way to short. The list of flours is also too short, what about pastry flour and bread flour? These are staples in any kitchen.
Got excited & sucked in. Beware & do more research than I did. App didnt cover fairly basic ingredients like butter??? I didnt find it very user friendly wish I could get my $ back...
Can not recommend this app because it keeps crashing. PLS FIX!!!!
Just bought it and it loaded but doesnt work with the New IPad (3rd gen.). How do I get a refund?
